“All We Need Is Jesus”

“For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” Psalms 5:12

Thoughts:  This is so true. All we need is Jesus. There is no need to fear when we have Jesus. There is no one more powerful than God. “Our arms are too short to box with God.” There is no match for God. It is a mirage to think otherwise. The devil is a liar. Psalm 23:4 says “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” The song says “Jesus is my help.” Another song lyric says: “Oh it is Jesus, yes it is Jesus in my soul. I have touched the hem of his garment and his blood has made me whole.” Another song lyric says “All I need is a touch from Jesus”. Jesus is that powerful, just a touch of the hem of His garment can turn your situation around. All I need to do is get to Him. That’s it. Come as you are without one plea. We don’t have to figure out the “what next.” Just get to Him and God will do the rest. Matthew 6:33 says “…seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
